More tidbits about me: my greatest joy and privilege in life has been to be a mother, to my three older step kids, and my beautiful teenage daughter (don't listen to what they say about the teen years!). I also love my beautiful goldren retriever puppy, reading, nature, red wine, most plant foods and my lovely home that backs onto a provincial park, near a beach. Life is amazing...live it well!
